How do I deposit an account balance?

When you are logged in to your account, click the grid icon in the top right and select “Account Settings.” At the top of the page select “Payment Methods,” and then click “Add Funds” under the Account Balance section to deposit your account balance.


I got the wrong version. Can I switch out the track?

If the project has not been published in any way, we can exchange or refund the license within 14 days of the purchase date. Click “Need Help?” at the top of the site to have a Client Services Representative assist you.


Do you keep my credit card information on file?

We work with a credit card vendor to process all of our transactions. All of the credit card information is managed within their system and we are unable to see credit card details in your account.


Can I pay using a cheque or wire transfer?

Yes, we can provide details for arranging payment if needed. Please contact one of our team members by clicking on “Need Help?” in the top right corner of the site.


What currency are the prices on the site?

All of the prices on the site are listed in USD and are subject to the current exchange rates, as well as any fees your bank may charge.


Do you offer bulk/blanket licenses or yearly subscriptions?

Since we are a rights management company and our artists own their content, we are not set up to offer any bulk/blanket licenses or yearly subscriptions. Every license will be on a per song basis.


Can I use the music before you receive my payment?

The music cannot be published or presented in any way before the license is paid.


Is it safe to pay using my credit card?

Yes. Anyone involved with the processing, transmission, or storage of credit card data must comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Our credit card payment processor, Stripe, has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, Stripe makes use of best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security. We also serve our payment pages securely using Transport Layer Security (TLS) so that all communication uses the security of HTTPS. We actually serve all of our pages using TLS so that your privacy is maintained. This type of payment integration allows us to securely transmit your information directly without it passing through any insecure servers.


Are you registered in the EU VAT system?

No. You can input your VAT number into the cart for tax purposes, but because we are a U.S. company we do not use the VAT system.


Why am I being asked for my VAT number and purchase order number at checkout?

The VAT number and purchase order are optional fields. Every other field is required to checkout. We provide VAT number and purchase order fields for international companies and individuals that need to utilize those fields.
